McCaughey: The true purpose of the Obama health law’s mandate is to force healthy people to buy expensive health plans to subsidize the small minority of extremely sick people who want coverage without regard to pre-existing conditions. The law victimizes the vast majority of under age 65 Americans, who do not and will not need thousands of dollars worth of healthcare every year. Let’s hope the Supreme Court Justices read these facts.
